"I thouroughly enjoy developing young players and watching their skills, strength, speed, and confidence grow over time. I emphasize skill work which needs to be replicated by the player when they are working out on their own. 'Driveway Drills' are what I'm all about....incorporating imagination and game speed conditions in daily routines which makes for great habits."
